Application Process
Informational Session: We require all incoming families to attend an Informational Session. These sessions are offered in February and March of each year prior to enrollment for the upcoming year.
Application: Following the informational session, you will receive an email with a link to apply to CCA. The application packet needs to be completed and submitted online along with a $35 non-refundable application fee for each student.
Family Interview: Applications are reviewed in a timely manner and processed as space is available. Our administrative assistant will reach out via email to schedule a family interview with our admissions team to discuss enrollment.
Waiting Pool: As grade levels reach capacity, applicants are placed in a waiting pool and contacted for a family interview if a spot opens up.
Enrollment Complete: Once accepted into CCA, an enrollment contract needs to be completed and $305 enrollment deposit per family paid.
