Application Process
Informational Session: All incoming families are required to attend an Informational Session before applying. These sessions are held each year in November, January, and February in preparation for enrollment for the upcoming school year.
Application: After attending an Informational Session, you will receive an email containing a link to the CCA application. The application packet must to be completed and submitted online along with a $35 non-refundable application fee per student.
Family Interview: Applications are reviewed promptly and processed as space allows. Our Enrollment Coordinator will contact you by email to schedule a family interview with our Admissions Team to discuss next steps in the enrollment process.
Waiting Pool: When a grade level reaches capacity, qualified applicants will be placed in a waiting pool and contacted for a family interview if a space becomes available. Enrollment for new families begins shortly after the last Informational Session.
Enrollment Complete: Once your student is accepted to CCA, you will complete an enrollment contract and submit a $305 enrollment deposit per family to finalize enrollment.
