Cornerstone Classical Academy welcomes inquiries from individuals interested in joining our community as teachers and staff members. As a hybrid classical Christian school, CCA brings together strengths of classroom instruction and family involvement, providing students with a rich academic experience grounded in a Biblical worldview.
We seek individuals who are passionate about learning, enjoy working with students, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative academic community. Our teachers value meaningful relationships, thoughtful instruction, and the opportunity to help students grow academically, spiritually, and in character. Teaching at CCA involves more than classroom instruction. Teachers also plan lessons, prepare home day assignments, assess student work, and communicate with parents.
Prospective faculty and staff should demonstrate:

A love of learning and a desire to share that love with students.
Strong communciation and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
Dependability, flexibility, and a commitment to fulfilling responsiblities with excellence.
A desire to model Christian character in interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
As a Christian school, CCA expects faculty and staff to sign a Christian Role Model Agreement as a condition of employment.
