Meet Tracy Beasley…
Logic and Rhetoric Science Teacher
Tracy and her husband, Keith, have called Roanoke home for the past 20 years. They have four children, Brittany, Devin, Caleb, and Joel, son-in love, Jeremiah, and a grandson, Nathaniel. Tracy has enjoyed homeschooling her children for the past 10 years and has been blessed to share her passion for science with the homeschool community. Guiding students as they discover God’s creation and design is a joy and a challenge as she is always looking for new ways to inspire her students through activities, experiments, and discussions. She earned her BS in Biology from UNCW. She continued her education completing both an MS and a PhD from Wake Forest University Medical School in Neurobiology and Anatomy. During her studies she discovered a passion for teaching. Tracy worked in research and education but counts her role as wife and mom as the best calling ever. Tracy also enjoys teaching Sunday School at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church where her husband serves as pastor. She is excited to share God’s creation in science with students and their families at CCA.
